Areas of application

For detection of leakage of flammable gases from family 1 (town gas), family 2 (natural gas) and family 3 (liquefied petroleum gas), for explanations see EN 437, withing a temperature range of 0 °C to 50 °C. Can also be used for other gases. Carry out preliminary tests in case of doubts.

Application

Put depressurized systems under pressure with a gas in advance. Shake can well. Then apply on the location to be checked from a distance of 30 – 50 cm (check all connection points, if possible). Observe for some time. If bubbles form, there is a leak. The smaller the bubbles, the smaller the leak. Attention: After use on copper and PVC, make sure to rinse with water!
